Plant Mystery Solved

We had one of these at the corner of the porch when I was growing up... one of the first things to bloom... and it had thorns.. I still see them at old houses.

We had one of these in the wooded area adjoining our Andrews home.
I loved to cut branches to bring into the house in late winter/early spring. You will love it.

We are quite anxious to see your new home.

Love you, Marjorie
