Remember this bag! I have started using it again for Fall. I know its early, but for me its never too early to start thinking about Fall!
I have written in my planner to put out my Fall wreath on September 1st, but I think I'll do it this weekend. It has sunflowers on it, so it fits summer too! Here's a picture from last year:
All the clothing stores have what they call "transition wear" out right now. This means the clothes look "fallish" but aren't too hot to wear for the next couple of months. I already have some things in my closet that fit that description. No need to go out and buy anything, I hope!
So, I guess I'm starting my gradual transition to Fall by using this "old" bag from last year, putting out the beautiful wreath My sweetie bought me last year and choosing more fall-like clothing.
How about you? Are you ready to start the transition?
Happy Autumn!

I'm not quite ready for fall yet, but I'm going to have to get there soon. I've always thought of fall decorations as the lead-in to Thanksgiving, but here in Canada, Thanksgiving is in early October! That still seems way too soon for me, so I'm having to start thinking fall sooner than I used to.
I love fall, and I look forward to it -- I have already started thinking about apples, mmm -- but I'm not rushing it. Especially not before the State Fair. And Labor Day. And all those "end-of-summer" hurrahs. (And again, this may be regional...Minnesotans are generally not ready to give up summer until we *have* to.)
I am more than ready for fall! I really don't decorate that much for fall and usually don't till October/Halloween.
As to your comment about hiding Christmas gifts in the oven, I would but unfortunately it's probably the dirtiest place in my house. HA. :0
Of course with my oven not working I've had a huge urge to bake cookies today. Go figure.
I adore that bag!!
Yes, I'm ready for Fall..waiting for the 2 girls to go back to school and then I'll have my lil guy help me decorate.
Have a Great Thurs.

Fall is my favorite season! I love everything about it. The major thing I'm thinking about in not in my home, though. I'm planning a Fall Festival that our church is putting on for the town. It's free and we will have a live band, games & prizes, crafts, and refreshments. Each child will get to take home a goody bag.
Hi Debbie,
Yes I am rady for fall. I started uppacking decorations today. It is my most favorite season.
Hugs,
Elizabeth
it is still summery in Oklahoma.
But I did start thinking about fall decorating when I walked by an aisle at Walmart all stocked with pretty new fall dishes, placemats, etc.
I still am crazy about your handbag too!
Yes, I'm ready for fall! Yesterday morning, the weather was cool and there was a nice breeze most of the morning. I hung sheets on the clothesline and they smelled so good last night. Pumpkins, apple cider, fall festivals, cool weather... yes, I'm ready!
