Friday Night Sew In for JULY!

Its time for Friday Night Sew In again! This month its this Friday night, July 23rd. You can sign up or check out blogs who are participating HERE.

My project for this month is to make an apron for my son's girlfriend. She is a hairdresser and likes to wear aprons to work and also likes zebra prints and pink. Her birthday is August 1st, so this will be the perfect time to make this project during Friday Night Sew In.

The apron made from this pattern is reversible and so these fabrics will work well, I think.

I hope to post the finished apron Saturday. See you then!

That apron pattern is so cute, and the fabrics look great together. She'll love it!

I won't be doing the Friday Night Sew-In this month. My younger son is home for just 2 weeks, and my older son is flying in on Saturday for just 4 days - so I'm doing nothing but doting on my boys this weekend!

Enjoy your sewing!

You are so energetic that you make me weary!!!!

The fabrics are perfect, and I know that both she and her sweetheart will so appreciate your doing this. what would boys do without their moms to take care of their girlfriends?

Reversable, great way to give her a choice depending on her mood for the day! I'm sure it will look great, you always have beautiful finished products.

I love the fabric!

I hope my post goes through. I have tried to post a comment a couple of days ago and it would not go through.

I admire your determination to get things done. You're much better that way than I am. Boy, I wish I could make myself participate in the sew in. Maybe when I retire I will. The hot hot weather has me bummed I guess.
