One of a Kind!
I had to laugh at myself this morning when I noticed that I have a matching Bible cover and microwave heating pad. I've got to be the only person in the world with such a set, especially since the fabric has cows, chickens and tractors on it! I made them at different times without thinking about them matching. It would be cozy to heat up the pad and put my feet on it while reading the Bible on a cold early morning. Add a nice cup of hot coffee flavored with pumpkin spice creamer, and that just completes the picture. Of course the coffee cup is a Christmas themed one that hasn't been put away yet!
My blogger friend, Penny, recently made a beautiful Bible cover here. She made it extra nice with gorgeous quilted fabric. I would love to get her instructions and make one just like it! (hint, hint Penny:o)
I made mine a year or so ago. Its just a book cover, but here is where I got the instructions for it if you wanted to make one for your Bible or other book.
Don't forget to leave a comment on my previous post to be entered into the drawing for the pocketbook set!

I like it. Your Bible cover has a sheep on it, for the Good Shepherd. You were appropriate without even knowing it. ;)
Love that fabric, I looovvve country or primitive prints! You are talented. Paula (amishwoman49@hotmail.com)
I like that fabric too! I had an old Bible cover that I bought from a crafting consignment shop, that I cheated from to make mine. It's basically a book cover with a little pocket sewn in the front cover, for a pen and paper.
