I began eating basically a plant based diet Sept 2010 and have lost 39 pounds so far and I am not starving all the time. A calorie of junk food is not equal to a calorie of whole foods. So neat to know about the Healthy Living w...Debbie,<br />So neat to know about the Healthy Living website. We have been cutting back on our evening meals too. I try to have a small piece of meat because it seems that is where my body gets energy. I have realized over time that I need to eat smaller portions especially because of my age. I have been very hungry for sweets lately mostly Payday candy bars. :) Just think with one hour a night your quilt is nearly finished. Enjoy your warm day today it is in the single digits here. Oh, I wanted to mention Trax. They fit on tennis shoes. I just keep a pair of shoes with Trax on them. They really help your feet to grip the snow or ice when wanting to walk on a cold day.
