I don't use mac & cheese too much anymore, but every now and then my daughter makes a pan of it. A cultural note: here in Canada, folks call boxed mac & cheese "Kraft Dinner". It took me a few times to realize they were talking about mac & cheese! That's how it's packaged - the label on the box says Kraft Dinner.
